The Twin Trailer by SMTH Shapes is a timeless design that goes back to the 80’s. Inspired by Graham Smith’s time shaping “MR’s” in California as these iconic shapes exploded on the surf scene. To create this model rather than tuning up an old retro shape, The Smith’s took a modern high performance fish design and modified it to suit smaller conditions. These updates include relaxing the rocker and using a “beak nose” to hide more volume under the chest area. The result is a board that paddles easy, maintains speed and allows you to flow over anything.

As the name suggests the The Twin Trailer is the perfect design for a Twin+1 (smaller trailing fin) set up. This fin layout gives you all the drive and speed of a twin fin but with an extra touch of control and pivot from the smaller stabiliser.
